This study employs discourse analysis to explore the characters of Moana 2 and their symbolic representation of roles, relationships, and dynamics within organizations. By examining the dialogues, character interactions, and narratives, this paper elucidates how leadership, teamwork, innovation, and conflict resolution themes emerge. The findings suggest that the film serves as an allegory for navigating organizational challenges, fostering creativity, and cultivating effective communication in a professional setting. This paper also explores the implications of these themes for nursing organizations, particularly in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and overcoming institutional barriers.
