Abstract:

Teacher burnout is an alarming concern that significantly affects the Indian education system. In a country where the demand for quality education is nonstop the well-being of teachers plays a pivotal role in ensuring a successful educational environment. 55% of teachers in India struggle with the completion of regular tasks on account of work-related stress and tension, reveals a survey conducted by Zamit in the run-up to the upcoming World Mental Health Day.
